Give Thanks

Pin It!

We have so many things to give thanks for this year, mostly our healthy new baby girl and lots of family to spend the holidays with. This past weekend was such a wonderful time with everyone that traveled near and far. The house was full and happy. I loved every second of it.
Here's our Thanksgiving 2010
Clockwise from top: napkin rings; wine & beer labels; the stack of napkins; putting the finishing touches on everything;
fresh apples and lemons from the trees in California; the table set and ready for a feast

Clockwise from top: Apple Sage Muffins, Ambrosia salad brought by Daniel (Rich's brother from Idaho) and girlfriend Erin, Spiced Cranberry Sauce;
Rich pouring his Waller Brew; the fried turkey in the snow; Tayden helping me bake;
basting the turkey; the boys' drinks that kept them warm; Green Beans with Pomegranate Vinagrette
Clockwise from top: the dessert bar, digging in; Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes; Rich's mom's Berry Mallow Yam Bake;
the full plate; Rich's step-mom's cheesecake, John (brother in law) serving the carved turkeys

Clockwise from top: Rich's step-mom (aka Nanie) and Sedae; chowing down on the Artichoke & Olive dip and drinking Blood Orange Mimosas;
me and Rich's dad (aka Papa); Rich and John staying warm; icicles on our front porch; Daniel, Papa, Rich and John tending the turkey;
Papa feeling his new grandson kick; Tayden and his cousin playing cars; the four of us in front of our house

And finally, the progression of trying to get a good family photo. I think we got it!
