Month eight was such a memorable month with Tayden. It's when he started sleeping through the night, had teeth so he ate a lot of what we did, started crawling, and it was Christmas time! So naturally we were looking forward to this month with Sedae too.
She's a champ sleeper so we've been enjoying her 12 hour sleeps for a few months. But we moved this month and that has thrown a little wrench in things. This house is significantly smaller than the one she's known her whole life, which means louder. So she's not sleeping as soundly. I'm confident she'll get used to it but we've had a few sleepless nights and early mornings since moving in a few weeks ago.
She's been so anxious to start crawling. Mentally she's there, but the body just isn't corresponding! And then we went and threw all hardwood at her. She slips and slides, bumps and cries all over the place. The area rug came and hallelujah, angels started singing. Wow what an immediate change in mood!
Still with the two teeth, the hard breads are the only thing she's munching on. And is picky! Definitely has an opinion on what she doesn't like. So far: avocados, yogurt, mangoes. But likes apples, pears, sweet potatoes, yams, squash, zucchini, carrots, blueberries, plums, and apricots. Yep, sweet tooth like her mama! She loves babies, laughing, dada when he walks in the door, mama when not in my arms, her Fisher Price kitchen, and brother...all the time.
