My girlfriends daughter just turned two and is into all things girlie. For her birthday I wanted to get her a tutu because what's more girlie than that! I went to go order one and soon realized the wait time would put it arriving past her party. Then I thought 'Hey, why don't I give it a try?' Away I went and it was really fun to make! And remember the cat? That was for her. She had to get dressed up for the party so I made her a bitty-tu.
