I find it quite weird when friends are all on the same page.
Insert Turkeys & Tannenbaums, when seemingly everyone was blogging about the same thing. True, we were in the midst of the holiday season so the topics of bloggersations were a bit limited, but fact remains, brainwave: shared.
Flash forward. I'm taking a sewing class starting here soon from friend and multi-talented Andrea and am super excited about it. I begged and persuaded my mom a few, yes few, years back for a sewing machine convinced I was going to be a self-taught prodigy. A thick layer of dust later, I decided to give it a whirl again. Did I mention in High School sewing class I paid a girl to sew my final project? I got an A. They were sunflower boxers. I have better ideas now. Like exhibit A:
How abnoxiously cute right? Tayden's not going to know what hit him, poor kiddo.I also started an Etsy account you can link to on the top of the page. I'll be sure to let you all know when I've got my newly-sewn masterpieces up and listed. Rachel, you're my first recruit!
Ahhh! Love it!! I just found this post, don't know how I missed it...
ReplyDeleteYay for sewing, and that material is way too cute!! You did such a great job. It's fun too, right?
I have been wondering about your Esty shop too...you've gotta fill me in on how it works!
