Having had two of my own and 7 foster babies...I learned very quickly that they all have "Their Own" schedules. The best thing for you to do is sleep when he sleeps... eventually, he will change over to sleeping at night. Once you are able to be up and get back into a normal routine, he will adjust and his sleeping habits will fall right into place.... going out with him for walks, running errands, going to church, etc. he will be awake much more during the day, and he will have a much better idea of when he should be sleeping.
He looks very happy, and content... you guys are doing a great job! Keep up the good work...and don't worry to much,,,all he really needs from you right now is love, food, and an occasional diaper change...and I bet you have those bases covered...so realx and enjoy your very special blessing.
Remember, he's as new at this baby stuff as you are...you three will learn together!
